Pine Car Derby

Scope:
	Two toy cars start and fall from the top of a curved track.  A magnetically operated opening gate is controlled by a pendent push button labeled start.  Pushing the start button momentarily de-energizes the gate's magnet, allowing it to open.  Two Photo Eyes are embedded in each lane at the finish line.  The first car to flag their respective PE wins the race.  Each lane has a strobe light to denote the winner.  The pendent also has a labeled reset button to turn off the strobe light.  The gate is manually reset to the up position.  
	Extra credit for controlling the strobe lights with logic instead of using a revolving strobe.
